Dr. Theophilus Andoh-Robertson is a Professional Counsellor Registered with the Ghana Psychology Council (GPC). He is Deputy Registrar and the Head of the Counselling and Student Support Unit of UMaT. He is an Adjunct Lecturer, teaching General Psychology as well as Critical Thinking and Integrated Thoughts. He holds PhD in Counselling Psychology from the University of Education, Winneba-Ghana.
He has over fifteen years of Professional Counselling, Community Service, Teaching, and Research Experiences in the fields of Education, Administration and Counselling experiences. His research focuses on Psychological Distress, Wellbeing, and Educational Management among others. He has provided counselling services to several students, staff and other members in the University Community. He has several refereed journal and conference papers to his credit.
He has served on many committees at several local and national levels. He is a reviewer for some international journals. He has been an internal promotion assessor as well as external promotion assessor for two of the Public Universities in Ghana. He is a member of the Ghana Psychology Association (GPA), Ghana National Association of Certificated Counsellors (GNACC) and the Ghana Association of University Administrators (GAUA).
He is a growth-focused, results-oriented Certified Counsellor, team player and team leader.
