Initial consultations provide information on available resources and starting procedures, without a need to start services. As and when you are ready, you can continue with the process with assistance from the Administrator

The call will allow you to discuss your concerns, choice of counsellor, and treatment preferences. The Administrator would review services, discuss available or wait times, and treatment steps. By the end, you will have a plan for next steps and an understanding of available resources.

Schedule a consultation by completing a brief survey. The Administrator will call the phone number you provided, or if not completed. Ensure that you are in a quiet location with reliable reception and a comfortable environment for discussing your concerns.

The Administrator would provide a secure message outlining the next steps, and counsellor, when and how to contact him/her via your Client Portal for further support or service changes.

Our offices are opened between 08:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every Monday to Fridays except on holidays. For initial consultation, kindly call any of the following: 0531100302/053110030/0246604530/0205050879

Yes, students can apply for multiple scholarships as long as they meet the eligibility criteria for each. The Counselling and Students Support Unit can help you identify suitable scholarships and advise you on how to maximize your chances by applying to several options.

Scholarship deadlines vary depending on the type of scholarship and the sponsoring body. It is essential to regularly visit the Counselling and Students Support Unit’s website, subscribe to notifications, and maintain awareness of upcoming deadlines. For specific scholarships, our staff can provide a comprehensive list of deadlines and send reminders to help students stay on track.

Some scholarships require students to maintain a specific Cumulative Weighted Average (CWA) or demonstrate outstanding academic performance. However, many scholarships are based on other factors such as financial need. Eligibility requirements vary by scholarship, and our staff can help you determine which scholarships you could qualify.
